The NB6L14S is a differential 1:4 clock or data receiver that accepts AnyLevel differential input signals: LVPECL, CML, LVDS, or HCSL These signals are converted to LVDS and distribute four identical copies of the clock or data, operating at speeds up to 2.0GHz or 2.5Gbps. Therefore, the NB6L14S is suitable for SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, backplane and other clock or data distribution applications. NB6L14S has a wide input common mode range from GND + 50mV to VCC - 50mV. The NB6L14S, combined with 50 Ω internal termination resistors at the input, is suitable for converting various differential or single-ended clock or data signals to a typical LVDS output level of 350mV. The NB6L14S is a 2.5V version of the NB6N14S in a small 3mm X 3mm 16-QFN package. NB6L14S belongs to the ECLinPS MAX high-performance product series,
