The NB4N527S is a clock or data receiver/driver/buffer/converter capable of converting AnyLevelTM input signals (LVPECL, CML, HSTL, LVDS or LVTTL/LVCMOS) to LVDS. Depending on distance, system design immunity and transmission cable medium, the device can receive, drive or convert data or clock up to 2.5 Gb/s or 1.25 GHz respectively. NB4N527S has a wide input common-mode range from GND+50 mV to VCC-50 mV, and combines two 50 Ω internal termination resistors, suitable for converting differential or single-ended data or clock signals to 350 mV typical LVDS output level without using any additional external components. The device features a small 3 mm x 3 mm QFN-16 encapsulation. The NB4N527S is suitable for data, wireless and telecom applications, and high-speed logic interfaces where jitter and encapsulation size requirements are key.
